Technology Resources for your SD90 issued iPad

Below are a list of common problems that may occur and some tips on how to troubleshoot them.  Most common problems with iPads can be solved by simply restarting the iPad.  It is usually our recommendation to restart the iPad first, and then try the task again.  If that doesn’t resolve the issue, some of the solutions to the most common problems can be found below.

Battery Draining Quickly

Zoom is a battery intensive app, and can drain an iPads battery very quickly.  Try the steps outlined in this tip sheet to help alleviate this issue

Cannot Login to Schoology

When a student gets logged out of Schoology, they need to log back in using the “Login with my school” button – view steps on this process

Cannot Login to SeeSaw

Starting Fall 2020, students will need to login to SeeSaw with their Google username and password to have access to all there classes.  No class code is needed. Please watch this video on how to login with your student’s Google information

Cannot view all classes in SeeSaw

Make sure you logged in with your student’s Google credentials (see above video), then watch this short video on how to find your student’s SeeSaw classes

Keep Getting Kicked Out of Zoom

Make sure that you are close to your modem or wi-fi router – watch this short video to maximize the wi-fi signal in your home

Cannot Login to Google

Make sure you are logging in with your Google username and password, your username is [email protected]  If you have forgotten your password, please contact your teacher or send an email to help desk.
