State Report Cards

The web-based interactive version of the preliminary 2016-2017 State Report Card for District 90 and each of our schools can be viewed by clicking on the links below.

The Report Card includes PARCC data for District 90 schools and the District, as a whole.

Education for the Future Survey

The Education for the Future survey was conducted in the spring of 2016 as part of District 90’s continuous improvement initiatives. Administered by California State University, the confidential online survey is designed to generate a detailed picture of the workings of our schools by encouraging students in grades 4-8, families, and staff to share their thoughts on important elements of school processes and practices. The results will be used to guide improvement in District 90. The results for each of our schools can be viewed by clicking on the links below.

Illinois Youth Survey

Conducted on a biennial basis, the Illinois Youth Survey (IYS) is administered to students in grades 8, 10, and 12 across the state. Students anonymously and confidentially answered questions about a variety of health and social indicators including tobacco, alcohol, and other drug use; nutrition and fitness; violence; bullying; and perceptions of school climate. Funded by the Illinois Department of Human Service and supported by the Illinois State Board of Education, the IYS is administered through the University of Illinois’ Center for Prevention Research and Development.

The 5Essentials School Climate Survey

The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) administers the 5Essentials survey to students, teachers, and parents/guardians. ISBE reports the results of the 5Essentials survey on the District's State Report Card (see above).
