On October 30, 2025, the Illinois State Board of Education published the Illinois State Report Card, an annual evaluation of all public schools that provides each school with an individual Summative Designation.
All District 90 schools were awarded Exemplary or Commendable Designations, the top two of the five leveled Summative Designations.
Lincoln and Willard Elementary Schools earned Exemplary Designations, marking the third and fourth years in a row, respectively, that they have been awarded Exemplary Designations. Roosevelt Middle School received a Commendable Designation. The Summative Designation index scores for both elementary schools indicate performance in the top 6% of schools statewide, and the Summative Designation index score for Roosevelt indicates performance in the top 14% of schools statewide.
All schools earned the maximum possible point values available for students’ academic proficiency in all subjects tested. The largest factor in each school’s Summative Designation score is a measurement of students’ academic growth compared to similar students across the state. All schools achieved higher than average academic growth when compared to students statewide.
