There’s Still Time to Participate in the 5Essentials Survey

There’s still time to participate in the 5Essentials Survey. Please take about 5-10 minutes to share your insights about District 90 schools. The results will contribute to a better understanding of the conditions in our schools, and help guide improvements efforts. The survey closes on Friday, February 15, 2019.

To take the survey, please visit https://survey.5-essentials.org/Illinois/ and select the appropriate survey to begin. You can access the confidential and online survey via a PC/laptop, smartphone or tablet. You may take a separate survey for each child that you have enrolled in District 90. The results will be sent to school districts in the spring.
