Budget Implementation Act Requirements

Public Act 95-707 requires that school districts post all collective bargaining agreements and vendor contracts awarded over $25,000. They are as follows for the current fiscal year:

  • Vendor Contracts Over $25,000: 
    • Terra Engineering - $151,600
    • Hitchcock Design Group - $44,600
    • Big Timber Landscape Company - $39,886
    • Miller Cooper & Co., Ltd. - $94,500

The Act also requires that school districts, in conjunction with the submission of the Annual Statement of Affairs, post a summary report of all vendor contracts over $25,000 awarded in the previous fiscal year:  2011-2012 Summary Report    

Administrators' Salary Compensation Report

Public Act 96-0434 requires that school districts post the Administrators' Salary Compensation Report on or before October 1 of each year:  Report for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2012

Administrator and Teacher Salary and Benefits Report

Public Act 96-0266 requires that school districts post the Administrator and Teacher Salary and Benefits Report on or before October 1 of each year: Report for School Year 2012

IMRF - Salary Compensation Reporting

Public Act 97-0609 requires that within six days of approving the legal budget, school districts must post the IMRF - Salary Compensation Reporting, which lists the total compensation package for each employee exceeding $75,000: Report for the Fiscal Year Ending 2013

Award for Excellence in Financial Reporting 1992-1996, 1998-2011

The Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) has awarded District 90 its Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting for the 19th year. ASBO also has chosen District 90 to be the model for school districts of similar size, and to share its high-quality Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) on ASBO's website as a resource for other school business officials.
