Mr. Elzy grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2003. He’s earned degrees in government, sociology and history with minors in criminology and psychology and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Elementary Education! Since graduating from college, Joe has run a marathon, completed a 500 mile hike, and performed more than 3,000 hours of community service in schools, camps and more.  But none of that compares to the excitement he has for joining Ms. Tait’s classroom at Willard as a student teacher this year!
