Congratulations go to Roosevelt School’s 8th grade volleyball team for taking first place at the West Suburban 7 Volleyball tournament. With a winning 17-2 season, the Roosevelt Bulldogs defeated Julian Middle School in the semi-finals (2-0) and triumphed over Unity in the finals (2-1) with a final score of 27-25 in the final game. This Bulldog team is the only team in Roosevelt’s history to win back-to-back titles.
